Frisia Strawberry Briquettes 2kg

Strawberry foam briquettes in pink and white, soft-textured and finished with a carnauba glaze. Vegan: potato protein and starches replace the gelatine, and the pink comes from black carrot juice. Supplied in a 2 kg bag.

Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, water, maize starch, modified potato starch, potato starch, potato protein, acids (lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid), flavourings, concentrate (black carrot juice), vegetable oil (coconut), glazing agent (carnauba wax).
